Dream Culture Consultants was the first organization that I worked with as an assistant principal. As a new assistant principal, I did not know how to listen and speak to parents, teachers, and the students. My coach would lovingly role play with me in conversations on how to effectively communicate with stakeholders. We would laugh about my tone. However, as time went on, I found myself implementing those coachable moments. As of today, those lessons have become a part of me as an educator.
